Reading invoices

Photograph an invoice and check only the flagged lines (Kitchen plan).

Open Invoices (on iPhone, Scan Invoice) and photograph the invoice, or import a PDF or photo.

The first time, Brigado asks before sending invoice images to be read. See AI reading and your privacy. If you decline, you enter lines by hand.

Each line is checked: quantity × price against the line total, all lines and tax against the invoice total, and prices against last time. Look at the flagged lines, match any new item, then Approve. Approving records the prices, which updates recipe costs and price alerts.

Kitchen includes 500 pages a month. When they run out, invoices are still saved for you to enter by hand, or you can add 250 pages.
