Brigado

Features

Everything works on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and on iPhone Duo folded or open. Big screens show more at once; nothing is missing on the small one.

Counting

Storage areas in the order you walk them. Count packs and loose amounts together ("3 cases and 2.5 kg"), scan barcodes, or hold the button and say "two cases of tomatoes". Every number is saved as you type, offline included. Several people can count different areas at once.

Recipe costs

Ingredients in any unit, yields for trim and cooking, sub-recipes for sauces and bases. Each dish shows its cost, food-cost percentage against your target, and the price that would hit the target.

A recipe on iPhone: cost per plate and food cost against the target.

Price lists

Import your supplier's Excel (.xlsx) or CSV price list. Brigado recognises the usual column names in six languages, remembers each supplier's layout, and can ask AI to read an unusual one. Typed prices work too.

Invoices (Kitchen plan)

Photograph a paper invoice or import a PDF. Each line is read and checked: quantity × price against the line total, lines against the invoice total, prices against last time. You only look at what's flagged. When the delivery arrives, check it against the invoice line by line.

Reports and exports

Cost of goods for a week or month, spend by supplier, price changes. Export CSV for your accountant, a PDF of inventory value, or a full backup. A weekly backup is kept on each device.

Team

Everyone counts and receives on their own phone, and it all lands in one place. Each person joins with their own Apple Account through iCloud sharing.
