Exports, backups and moving your data

CSV, PDF and full backups, with or without a plan.

Open Shop ▸ Export (on Mac, File ▸ Export…, ⌘E).

• For your accountant: items and prices, price history, counts, inventory value (PDF), recipes and food cost, invoices. CSV opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
• Full backup: everything above plus your invoice originals, in one ZIP.
• Weekly snapshots: a full backup is kept on each device every week (the last 4).

Exports always work, including when a plan has ended.
