Checking a delivery

Tick off what arrived against the invoice.

Open the invoice and tap Check delivery.

• As invoiced marks a line as arrived in full.
• Use − and + when it’s short or over; the line says Short 1 or Over 2.
• Everything else arrived marks the rest as invoiced.

Note any differences on the driver’s copy before they leave. The invoice then shows Delivery: 1 short, 0 over. You can also hold the microphone button and say what arrived.
